Positive: The chalet was lovely & well set out. It had books & games & a few kids toys which was a nice touch. The beds were comfortable & lining was clean. The location was perfect, being just outside Leysdown which is nice. It was about a 10 minute walk to the beach. The onsite club house was nice & the staff were very welcoming. I will definitely stay here again...
Negative: There were only a couple of things which I feel could have been better & very easily sorted. The cleanliness wasn't great in some areas. Under the sofa cushions, behind & under the sofas. I wasn't going around looking for those things, I have a 2 year old who is into everything. The big windows in the main bedroom did not open. The big thing for me that really needs immediate attention are the carpet grippers. If you stand on them the screws push up into your feet which was quite painful.
