There are 4 bedrooms and 6 beds in this home: 1 king, 3 queen and 2 rollaway beds in the home. Rollaways are located in the hall closet at living room also bedroom closetof master bedroom with couch. There are plenty of extra linens.
All amenities in the home are as described and shown in current photos; kitchen fully stocked with essentials for cooking and more, bathrooms fully stocked with towels, shampoos, soaps, lotions etc, spirit drinks, water, pop, coffee, tea and cocoa provided. Gym equipment (free weight, squat rack, Olympic bar and benches ) in the garage are available to use at any time. Spa available in backyard year round. BBQ area complete with propane 5 burner grill and tap water at sink.
There are 2 acres behind the home with horse barn and arena. This area is not maintained.
This property is dog friendly and there is a large dog door to a private courtyard. No cats only up to 2 dogs allowed.
No charger for EV / Tesla at this property.
Gas fireplace functional, hand lit, knob on/off handle.
The whole home and property will be at your disposal. There are two driveway entrances; both have gates that can be closed and locked manually if you like. The entire property from the road to the fence line leading to the horse barn, behind the home, is fully fenced. There is gym equipment in the garage. There is an electronic keypad at the front door entry. No garage remotes available. Parking is provided outside only as the garage is being utilized as a gym and freezer/fridge storage.
Trash and recycle is on Wednesday each week, please take cans to street and bring back to the house if you are booked during those days.
Pool and spa are maintained on Friday every week during the summer, bi weekly in winter 8a-2p.
Please do NOT remove the hose cleaning system from the pool at any time.
Spa is on a self cleaning schedule, please do NOT touch the temperature buttons. To use, simply press the jets button. To use spa light, press the lights button. Please do not press any button at the same time, right before or aright after the temperature button: this will put the spa into economy mode and it will stop heating and filtering. Instructions are posted near the spa.
Full laundry amenities available inside the home.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING INSIDE ALLOWED: Any guest who violates this policy will be immediately evicted from the premises and all booking fees shall be non-refundable. A minimum fine of $250 up to $400 shall be imposed for damage surrounding this violation.
Pet friendly, dogs only. No cats allowed.
Fecal renderings left on the property from your dog will result in an additional fee of $50 - bag, tie and discard all of your dog’s poop and place in the outside trash bin upon vacating premises
Any dog hair on furniture shall result in an additional cleaning fee of $150
When bbq’ing PLEASE remember to turn OFF the gas to preserve the tank for the next guest.
Day time family gatherings allowed up to 10 people no later than 8pm. Quiet neighborhood and home has breakable items. Please respect the house rules.
Cameras are active and on site. Please DO NOT touch the security system at any time. Call Host with any questions thank you.
Absolutely no parties allowed.
Personal items left at the property can be arranged to be delivered back to you via UPS or USPS for a $30 trip fee, plus cost of shipping.
Wild animals are in area such as coyotes, javelina, large birds and rattle snakes/gila monsters seasonally (fenced yards are wired to protect but not guaranteed)
