Positive: The hotel is modern and has a fun, trendy vibe about it. The room was clean and nice. The absolute highlight is the pool. It has plenty of sunbeds always with fresh towels. It gets plenty of sun or you can put up shade umbrellas. The view there of Burj Khalifa made it such a beautiful spot. The location was good with Dubai Mall walking distance.
Negative: The gym looked bigger in pictures. The weight area is actually very small and pokey. One day there were 2 other people in there and I was very limited with what I could do. It felt a bit awkward and cramped. When I booked the description indicated shuttle bus to the mall and beach. I thought this would go at least a few times a day to these locations. Instead it went to more places but very restrictive. The beach but it only seemed to go in the morning a couple of times. Nothing in afternoon or evening so I had to catch train. The mall it went to a few times a day but you could easily walk there in 10-15 mins anyway. Also some other locations it went too it was only one way E.g Dubai Outlet mall. I considered going but there is no direct public transport back and taxi expensive as quite far. There should be a return shuttle a couple hours after drop off from these locations.
