This property features a king bed in the master bedroom and main bathroom upstairs with all of your living, dining and kitchen spaces. Head down stairs for three additional bedrooms including two queens and singles as well as another Toilet, shower and laundry area. A large hallway cupboard provides storage for all of these rooms. Two of the downstairs bedrooms have direct access to the backyard and views of the lake.
Upstairs includes a split system air conditioner in the main living space, fans are available in two of the downstairs bedrooms and there are further pedestal fans available. Use the ample off street parking and drive through garage to securely store and launch your watersport activities.
Whilst our home is older, it has been freshly painted and recarpeted with some new fixtures and fittings throughout including lights.
Morriset is the nearest town and has all required amenities and shops
