Positive: There are a few things my wife and I really liked. - the view...one word required "amazing"! Every morning we were greeted with a beautiful sunrise view over the city. - the space. Plenty of space to move, play, park, or do whatever you desire. Large living room, balcony, two bathrooms, spacious pool, and just in general it feels large. - facilities. There is quite a lot of kitchen tools to use. We did not really cook but it is handy. Also washing machine available and uhm a television which has no cables attached to it (I did not understand that one). - pool. I think it is amazing to have a pool with such a cool view. Although we only used it once, as the weather wasn't always optimal, it was great. - In regards of the entry, super easy accessible if you drive automatic. Not that steep, just gotte try it once. - we arrived at 3 in the night without issues. - the owners of the property also have a great Italian restaurant. They are absolutely lovely people who reply quickly.

Negative: There was also a one thing we did not like. - insects....that one disappointed us quite much. Spiders, caterpillars, ants, silverfish, and cockroach...Not just outside in the garden but inside the flat every day. From day 1 we kept windows and doors closed as we already saw a cockroach outside when entering. But still, especially the caterpillars were overflowing the flat. I remove 10 of the in 1 room and a few hours later 11 returned. Especially in the living room, kitchen, hallway and balcony. They go everywhere. There were also a large amount of ants going through our food in the kitchen. One cockroach we had inside which wasn't acceptable either. Unfortunately the tools available (spray/traps) were not very successful. Purely based on this I wouldn't return, although we loved the rest!
