Situated just 10 miles south of Jackson's town square, the Bartlett Estate is situated on the most sprawling property within the Rendezvous Mountain Rentals portfolio. Offering over 35 acres, this spectacular estate measures over 4000 square feet at the end of Henry's Road. This property boasts several ponds, a creek with several water features, a windmill, and a large BBQ grill for amazing summer cookouts! For guests who enjoy the outdoors, the abundance of trees, water, and solitude within this property cannot be missed. Not only will you be graced with fantastic mountain views, you'll see some of the most amazing views of the Snake River one can imagine! The impeccable landscape and privacy offer up the perfect retreat for those looking to unwind, yet with the conveniences of the town of Jackson less than 10 minutes away.
Upon entering the main house, guests will be taken back by the unique features of this home; from the tree trunks used as bases in the kitchen to the saloon style doors in the master bedroom. Like a fine piece of art, this property must be seen to be experienced. Upon entering the home guests are greeted by a piano in the expansive entryway along with floor to ceiling windows that provide unmatched views of the Snake River and the surrounding mountainous area. Off to the right, the entryway opens up to the dining area, main living room and open concept kitchen. A large wood-burning fireplace is the focal point of the living room, which also has a big screen television for streaming your favorite shows. There is a bonus room off the living room that can be used as an office or an additional space to relax and enjoy a glass of wine.
The kitchen is equipped with an island that includes bar seating for 5, gas stove and all the amenities needed for creating meals and entertaining. The dining table adjacent to the kitchen can accommodate up to 8 people. As you walk past the stairs on the main level, you'll pass a shared full bathroom for two of the three queen bedrooms. One of the queen bedrooms has an attached en suite bathroom.
Make your way up the remarkably unique wood staircase to the master suite that includes a vast walk-in closet, gas fireplace, and one of a kind en suite bathroom with clawfoot tub and separate walk-in shower. An extra space is down the hallway on the top floor that can be utilized as a workout space or even as an office. No matter what is chosen there are views for days!
The bottom floor is an open-concept entertainment area with pool table (optional ping pong), bar area with popcorn machine, dart board, and enormous sectional sofa to lounge on while watching the big screen television on the wall. This level opens up to the expansive outdoor living space; which is a central feature of this home.
A one bedroom guest house also resides on the back section of this property and may have occupants. Guests can inquire regarding availability and must be rented in conjunction to (and in addition) to the main home. It has a full kitchen and generous living space and has the ability to sleep up to 4 people since it has a sofa with a pull out bed.
To access this property from downtown Jackson, simply head south by following US-191 S/US-26 W/US-89 S until you reach the Swinging Bridge. As you wind your way to the north end of Henry's Road, you will dead end into this magnificent estate and its exquisite landscaping and water features.
