Positive: Really liked the location and how clean the place was . I am sure it is even nicer in season as you can use all the facilities. Even the benches and tables outside were already packed away. ( it was still 20 degrees)

Negative: I had issues with the way I was treated. In Italy it is already after season which I did not realize as it is school holiday in a lot of European countries, so the pool and jacuzzi would be closed . When I asked if we could use the pool one time in the partner hotel , I was told that it would have been more appropriate to book a hotel in a higher category and if it would have been so important to me I should have informed myself beforehand as they gladly provide all the information before. The style is very defensive and does not make me feel welcome. I was just trying to deal with a child that was looking forward to a pool. The kitchen was missing quite a few items , bottle opener , kitchen knifes and boards and when I picked the opener up from the other hotel which is drive distance away , I was asked to return it . In my opinion a bottle opener should be part of a kitchen and I dont think I need to be told to return a bottle opener.

Summary: I think with friendlier management I would go again but next time I will chose a different place
