Negative: We arrived late, we made self check-in and we had no hot water, the sofa bed was not made and the refrigerator was not turned on. When we checked in the next day, the staff member only wanted to collect the security deposit and city fees. She didn't bother to explain the hours for using the pool and other facilities, we learned from the posted papers. Information about the surrounding area, what to do, the best beaches, how to book, and where to dine…nothing! We stayed at the accommodation for more than seven nights, and the bathroom towels weren't changed. The beds are very hot, and there's only air conditioning in the living room, the bedroom gets extremely hot at night. The Wi-Fi doesn't work inside the house, only by the pool. In short, we won't be back. It's expensive for the service and facilities. It's a shame because it has so much potential to be good.
