The Hygge House is named after the Danish word that describes a moment of coziness and contentment, and this lovely home has been designed to perfectly embody that feeling. Beautifully renovated in 2018, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom house sits on three-quarters of an acre, just 1,000 feet from a private association beach on Lake Michigan. Take advantage of the provided beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, and beach wagon to spend your days swimming or lounging on the beach. Afterward, come home to unwind on the spacious patio with a private gas grill, an outdoor dining table, new lighting, and a firepit to gather around each evening. The enclosed yard makes for a wonderful setting for fun and games, and you'll even find a croquet set and a frisbee for some excitement in the sun.
Inside, the sunken living room is the perfect place to gather with family and friends, offering a 50-inch flatscreen TV and a rustic fireplace to toast your toes at the end of the day. Enjoy plenty of counter space and quality appliances in the fully equipped kitchen, and a roomy dining room that doesn't sacrifice the intimate dining experience. When it's time to turn in, you'll find a queen-size bed and an en suite bathroom with dual vanities and a shower in the primary suite, a queen-size bed in the second bedroom, and a new American Leather queen-size sleeper sofa in the front living room. The second bathroom includes a bathtub.
