6 Bedroom Villa in Santa Barbara
This magnificent estate is a fully walled private zen garden complete with a koi pond and a beautiful pool with a surrounding outdoor kitchen, barbecue, bar and fireplace. This Spanish style villa has 6 spacious bedrooms including two very large Master bedrooms, 7 bathrooms so every bedroom has it's own attached bathroom. We have a large gourmet kitchen with a butlers pantry and a separate dining area. There is a very large living room, a game room, and indoor fireplaces as well.
Children will especially enjoy their stay. We have ping pong, billiards, a 9 hole putting green, a shuffleboard table and a wide variety of family board games. Most children enjoy feeding the large koi daily.
We have a motor court to accommodate guests parking. There is wireless internet and cable throughout the property. The property is near Tuckers Grove Park and a nice hiking trail. The home is only a quick drive to the beach as well as the airport and a 10 minute drive to downtown Santa Barbara.
We will personally make sure that your stay is a memorable one. We love hosting guests in this stunning sanctuary. You will keep wanting to come back to this very special Oasis among the beautiful Santa Ynez Mountains on the central coast of California in the legendary place known as Santa Barbara. Please no wedding inquiries! Unfortunately the local laws do not allow us to do that sort of thing. We are inundated with wedding inquiries and just don't like having to say no multiple times a day. Thank you. No parties, weddings, rehearsal dinners or wedding brunches.
We have a state of the art security system with cameras on the entry points and outdoor walkways. We have an on-site caretaker in a detached guest house who can help you plan a personal chef, on site masseuse, activities or even give restaurant recommendations.
The town does not want vacation rentals to have lots of cars impacting the neighborhood so we are limited to 6 and all loading and unloading should occur within the gates. The local rules require no outside noise after 10pm.
