3 Bedroom house that sleeps 10. One bedroom and one bath on the main floor. Two bedrooms and one bath on the top floor with loft. The master bedroom with king bed is on the main floor with laundry and a bathroom attached. The two bedrooms upstairs have one queen bed each. The loft has one queen and one double bed. The basement has a bar and 42 inch tv with two sofas. The dining room seats six. There is a large picnic table on the deck facing the lake which seats 20.
Frequently Asked Questions:
1) Water depth: At the front of the dock the water is approximately 8 ft. It is controlled by a dam and does fluctuate. At the back of the dock there is a ladder leading to water approximately 5-6 ft deep. The water gradually declines from there to the beach
2) Boats: we do not rent out a boat but you are welcome to bring or rent one and use the boat slip. It fits a large sized pontoon boat. There is plenty of space surrounding the dock for up to 3 boats.
3) During the day the dock is in full sun light. There are small parts of the dock which provide shade (right under covered area).
The sandy beach which is perfect for small children!
We provide comforters but guests bring their own linens and towels.
