The home is pet friendly with a huge backyard for them to play in, however very small dogs may be able to escape under the backyard fence (guests should keep an eye on smaller dogs while they are in the backyard).
The neighborhood is safe but please note that it is an up and coming area. Some homes are outdated in the neighborhood and may look to be in poor condition while some houses are nicely remodeled.
