Relax in this ocean front paradise. This newly remodeled 2 bdrm/3 bath condo is just steps away from the ocean and the bay, and has everything you need to enjoy your stay on the island. You walk into the main living area with the most beautiful ocean views you have ever seen. The ocean and bay balconies offer beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The kitchen is fully equipped and has new granite counter tops, the bathrooms are newly remodeled along with plush towels to make you feel right at home.
The space
This unit, on the 9th floor, is one of the larger units in the complex at 1600 sf. All sliding doors have locks and the balcony has safety netting for the little ones. Sunchase IV has many additional amenities to offer as well, including a heated pool, hot tub, kiddy pool, grills for your use, ping pong, racquetball, sauna etc. The grounds are perfectly manicured which can be viewed from the wall of glass overlooking the ocean. The island itself will keep you entertained. This is a new rental property in SPI, but please see my reviews from my Chicago rentals!
