Positive: Good size apartment for the 3 of us. Cute garden area in the rear and porch in the front. Good aircon and big shower. Good wifi Adequate kitchen with large fridge. Comfy masterbed with a nice breeze. Seperate laundry. Fantastic pools. Plenty of onsite parking Very quiet and lots of families in this complex, felt very safe here.
Negative: 1. Apartment rundown and could do with a really good clean. 2. Kids beds squeaky with old dirty looking and ferling sheets. But pillows and duvet covers nice. 3. We were there in August so extremly hot and dry, which made it hard walking up the hill to get home ( not a big hill, but still a bit of a challenge in the heat). 4. A bit away from shops maybe 1 to 1.5 kms. 5. No soap or dishwashing liquid on arrival, which was pretty poor as we couldnt wash our hands on arrival at night. They could just refill a few small bottles to get people through. STAFF ISSUES 6. Staff were extremly unresponsive and gave different info all the time and were often short and rude. They basically didnt care about any of my concerns. 7. Staff literally told me at the last minute after our plane arrived how to get into complex. This was stressful with kids and I asked they send it earlier as I would have no wifi on arrival. 8. I did not like they use their own payment system to take a security deposit, instead of booking.com system. As you have NO say in the refund process which takes 3 to 20 days to process and is not instant on checkout and inspection, plus youve no idea if youve gone over the allocated electricity allowance. Although I had no issues with refund, its a shoddy process for the consumer who does not see the power meterage on arrival and with bit of a rundown house doesnt know if theyll be charged for existing damage. 9. Booking.com info different to company info. 10. Multiple messages about same thing from booking.com and then the company for example I received 6 messages abou 1 thing. 11. Staff dont read previous messages although youve already sorted an issue out. 12. You will be charged extra for excessive electricity, I was told I could monitor the electricity meter at apartment, then on arrival was told I cant monitor it as there is no acess to it. 13. All up it was super stressful dealing with staff leading up to a holiday which is meant to be relaxing.
