Summary: I had reserved 2 rooms because we were there for a women conference. The rooms looked good on the website be we had to drive pass homeless people and drug people before we got to the hotel. RM 417, blinds were not operatable and the iron board was broken we had to get another just to iron our clothes. RM 419 had no AC my friend had to be moved to RM 412 where the electricity went out and a service man had to come and fix it while she was trying to get ready for a conference night. The hall carpet was musty smelling. It was different from any Radisson I have stayed in and we were somewhat afraid when we had to enter our rental car at night. I tried to ask for a reduce price because of what all had took place but we were told manager was out. Not a good place to stay.
