The house is on a plot of 1000m. There is room to park 5 cars inside the property. The private pool for exclusive use measures 10 x 5 m has a ladder to enter. In the shallowest area it measures 1m deep and the deepest 1.90m. The purification system is with salt electrolysis, without chemicals. It is very soft for skin, eyes and hair. Pool cleaning is automatic with a robot at night. There is garden furniture: large table with chairs, sun loungers, umbrellas, barbecue ...
On the ground floor there is a large kitchen, with a door to the pool terrace and everything you need. The large dining room (50m) with a door to the terrace. In the dining room there is a 46 'Sony flat TV, there is a DVD player with many movies for all ages and satellite television. On this floor there is also a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom.
The upper floor has wooden parquet floor. Here are another 4 bedrooms and three full bathrooms.
The master bedroom is very spacious with two 90cm beds with dressing room and a bathroom overlooking the forest, with shower and hot tub.
