Summary: This hotel was in horrible condition. I know we are in branson and the hotels are aged but this hotel was not good. Bed were crazy hard and uncomfortable. When making the reservation, we requested a room on the bottom floor (my spouse has a broken knee) and when we got there were told they didn't have any available and we were put on the 4th floor and had to step up a stair to get to the bathroom. Luckily they had elevators BUT the elevators smelled so bad. So bad. I don't even know what the smell was but it never left. The outside halls were lined in cigarette butts and trash was everywhere. I wish i would have thought to take photos. Never ever again. Please use this as a warning.
