Summary: The hotel is run down. The hallways are hot and need updating. The rooms are ok, they’ll do for the night. When I checked in I was told only use the up/down buttons on the remote control because if I use any of the numbers, then they would have to reprogram the TV, which didn’t make any sense. Then I was told the AC should be working, but if it’s not to look underneath it and there’s a breaker switch that I could just flip. So right off the bat nobody wants to do any kind of maintenance at this property. We stayed for two nights and whenever I was seen by the owner I was asked if I was checking out. It was incessant, overbearing and ridiculous. The hotel has a restaurant that’s attached to it, which has the absolute worst chef on earth. The gentleman literally came out and argued with our table when we sent back a hamburger for being underdone. On the day of checkout, I looked at choice hotels website for this place to see when checkout was and didn’t think to look at Hotels.com so it’s at 11 AM like any other major hotel chain would have on a Sunday. So at 10:30 when we’re in the middle of showering and getting ready to leave, we get a phone call asking when we’re gonna get out. I paid over $500 for 2 nights which is very overpriced and unreasonable for what you get. Save your money and go elsewhere
