Summary: The check in was smooth. Except WiFi was terrible. One of staff member at the desk was rude to worst customer service I received. Day before I was checking out, went ask him I can settle my bill as I was leaving early morning. He refused & these are his words come in morning he can’t do it right now. This was my 18th stay in this hotel in past 10 years. If they don’t care will look for another hotel. They should hold him responsible teach him how to deal with clients or Get ride of him.
