Our condominium has two bedrooms with a full bathroom each. The master bedroom has a king size bed and its own terrace. The second bedroom has 2 queen size beds with a desk in case you want to work on it. With a spacious living room and kitchen, you will find an incredible view of the marina or the desert from each window.
With your reservation you have access to the entire condominium, the beach, the Marina Cortes area where you will find more restaurants, mini market, pharmacy, doctor, dentist, cafeteria and others.
Your reservation includes a free day of access to the Caimancito Beach Club within Orchid House, which is 600 meters from the development. It has beachfront restaurant and bar. Along with your access to the club, you have a consumption fee of $500 pesos per person on our own. Book with us and ask about transportation.*

The condominium is in a residential complex with independent management, guests can find constructions or sudden noises during working hours, as well as sudden limitations to some of the areas described above.
