This well stocked lake is great for fishing, boating and swimming. Very quiet and private. Beautiful sunsets and lots of wildlife. Located at the end of a dead end street.
The custom front door opens up to provide a gorgeous view of the lake through a wall of glass; beautifully crafted cathedral ceiling with exposed beams and an expansive staircase that leads to the main bedroom in the loft.
The bedroom has plenty of closet space, and a very comfortable Queen-size bed. Looking out over the hand-crafted railing, you'll enjoy a view of the stunning river rock fireplace, spacious living room and kitchen area, as well as a spectacular view of Lake St. Clair.
The kitchen is well-equipped with a gas range, electric oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator and dishwasher.
The living room offers two comfy couches, smart TV and a rock wall fireplace.
The heated flooring make both the granite flooring in the living room and the wood flooring in the kitchen feel quite warm and cozy. For the Summer there is Air Conditioning but you probably won't need it. There is a wonderful breeze from the lake.
The bathroom has a jetted jacuzzi bathtub with dual shower heads and built-in seat. There's also a washer/dryer for your convenience.
The downstairs bedroom, which is off of the living room, offers twin beds and very comfortable bedding.

Or walk down the steep path to the lake and take the kayaks out for a tour of the lake or sit on the dock and enjoy watching the wildlife. Clean water, great for swimming. Very convenient to Joint Base Lewis McChord. Also good for temporary housing. 20 minutes from the north gate to Joint Base Lewis McChord or The Capitol building in Olympia.
