The beach is car-free, expansive, quiet, pristine and is steps away along a private secluded wooden walkway thru lush tropical vegetation. There is a beautiful pool (right outside the door) and tennis courts ( directly behind home). The home also is located near many great restaurants and bars within walking distance.
This is a perfect beach house for families, couples, snowbirds or anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic getaway.
'Sandcastle FL Getaway' is located within the exclusive Sea Dunes community of New Smyrna Beach. The home has over 1,800 square feet, an airy floor plan, a modern fully-equipped eat-in kitchen with a granite island bar, 2nd chef's sink and beach mural-painted walls, a brand new washer and dryer, two private porches w/wrap around decks facing the ocean, a gas grill, Weber grill, full linens, a garage and a private driveway w/plenty of parking. It is a welcoming home that includes many extras and is meticulously maintained. We take pride in ownership of our home and sincerely care about our guests. We are always available to help make your stay perfect.
Whatever you decide to do, we can help direct you to the best local spots for fresh fish and seafood, the best French bread and bakery or outstanding Italian food. We know when the art festivals and farmers' markets are going on, and where the local band is playing this weekend.
You may consider a day trip to St. Augustine, 1.5 hours north along a scenic, beach-front drive, to visit the oldest city in the United States. Or take a drive 1.5 hours southwest to visit Disney World, Epcot, Universal Studios (including the new Harry Potter park!) or Sea World. Just down the beach is Cape Canaveral, home of the Kennedy Space Center and site of spacecraft launches, is only one hour south. And a short 20 minutes north is the world-famous Daytona Beach and International Speedway.

This home is perfect for small or large groups. We had 8 people and we were all very comfortable. The location was great (2-3 miles from most everything), the pool was great, and we had everything we needed. The Owner and the Property Manager were both so nice and very helpful! Thanks so much!

We had to families stay here with 4 adults and 4 boys. Kitchen has everything you’d need. Has a gas and charcoal grill but we only used charcoal. Plenty of parking. Beach is almost private!! We never felt crowed on even the most busy days. Beds are comfortable and plenty of pillows. Master bath was perfect for a family to get ready. Only two TVs in the house but that was fine for us because we don’t use them on vacation. Family rule! WiFi was very good and didn’t have any problem with using laptop for work. Washer and dryer are on main floor and worked great. Pool table needs a rebalancing but worked fine for us and the kids. Only real downfall was the pool is not heated and was pretty cold so the kids didn’t really use it.

Great location between Orlando and Daytona. The beach was awesome; just a 2 min walk! The kids also loved the pool! We comfortably had 9 people in the condo. Great restaurants on the beach, and very cool that you can take your car out on the beach to see all the sites.

My brother and his family joined mine for the Labor Day weekend and we could not have had a more enjoyable time. The living space was very comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need and the bedrooms are not only comfortable but well designed to accommodate everyone comfortably. We would stay there again!!

Our stay at Sandcastle Paradise was every thing we hoped it would be. The grandchildren loved the pool and pool table, and the private beach access was very nice. The house was furnished nicely and was perfect for my family.

We loved the large balcony and the spacious living room.... the table for 4 with 4 chairs was however disapointing. We were 9 adults but we could not dine at the same level... some on the island and some on the table.

We really enjoyed our stay in New Smyrna Beach, Sandcastle. Quaint little down town area & good restaurants. The space was great! We were able to cook a wonderful Christmas dinner with our children & grandchildren. We will most definitely stay again in the future!

This townhouse house was great! It overlooks the pool, and has great ocean views from the balconies. All the appliances and furniture are clean, modern and super functional. There are a lot of beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys available which made the packing a lot easier. What a find!!!
