Just beyond the screened in outdoor area is a nice grassy yard and a waterway that stems from Old Tampa Bay with a dock with Adirondack chairs to sit and take in the lovely Florida weather. Belleair Beach and Clearwater beaches are a short drive from this home. More to your Southwest is the quaint town of Indian Rocks Beach- you can park at the public beach access at 25th Avenue across from Guppy's on the Beach. The access is a paid parking lot with showers and restrooms.

Outdoor Oasis: fully screened in area with heated pool, resort style sitting area, ceiling fan. TV, fire feature, dining table, sun loungers all overlooking the waterway with dock and Adirondack chairs, there's also a nice green space with grass between the screened in pool area and the seawall
