Beautiful private oceanfront property on Long Island, ME!

The main house is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom year-round home that sleeps up to 8 people with 3 queen beds and 1 full futon as additional sleeping in the master bedroom. This home also features a finished, walk out, open concept basement that sleeps and additional 8 people (4 full futons) and has its own full bathroom. Additionally, a stand alone one-bed studio on the property is included with the main house rental and can sleep an additional 2 adults but does not have its own bathroom. The house features an open concept kitchen, dining and living room on the main level.
Enjoy the most breathtaking views of the ocean with the walk out, wrap around deck. Enjoy the beautiful gardens at their peak in summer and one of Casco Bay's most beautiful sandy beaches just 100 yards away. It’s also a very quick ferry ride to Portland's Old Port restaurants and shops for a day or evening trip (water taxi’s frequent the island too for flexibility). A kayak is available for a trip across to Vaill Island, though at low tide you can also walk there (see photo of sandbar at low tide).
This is a perfect summer getaway for a large group of family and friends! From lobster bakes on the oceanfront rocks to lazy evenings reading on the porch or hammock, there are a ton of things to do (or not do) at this beautiful estate!

It has its own full bathroom with an open concept living and kitchen area with a walk-out private deck with an outdoor shower.
