Streams run within steps of the front door. Blue River is right down the street; the trailhead to Quandary Peak is 5 minutes away.

2 large decks with forest views, 2 car garage, radiant floor heat (go barefoot!), gas fireplace, outdoor wood-burning campfire with picnic table, outdoor grill, hot tub, far infrared sauna with chromotherapy (color therapy), game room with pool table and multi-arcade game with 60 classic games, 6 flat screens with cable, 3 charging stations, 2 Alexa’s, and WiFi throughout.
