The home offers 4 bedrooms and 2 baths with a washer and dryer and air conditioning and heating units in every bedroom.
The best part of my home is sitting out on the deck drinking coffee watching the sunrise or sitting out in the evening With a glass of wine listening to nature and breathing in the breathtaking Coeur Dalene mountains.
The home is only a few minutes from downtown cda and even closer to boat launch access. (3 minutes from the home)
I have plenty of parking so the home accommodates those with boats or trailers with the wrap around driveway.
