Walk out to the beach that feels like your own private oasis. Newly remodeled 3 bedroom full walk out private basement home. 4 decks to enjoy the sunrise or watch the sunsets. House has gas fireplace also enclosed deck with heater. Central a/c and beautiful paver patio for privacy. Salisbury and Hampton Beach literally 1 mile in each direction for more food and entertainment options. Uber to Hampton for $7.00 for dinner drinks and/or dancing.

Summary: This house was fabulous! The pictures were accurate but there were also additional comforts throughout the house that made the stay very enjoyable (small fridges on each floor, towels, beach chairs, and fabulous coffee pot) . I really appreciated how it was decorated. It was tasteful but not over done, which was helpful with a toddler. There was a decent amount of sitting space and there was room for everyone to spread out. The kitchen island was great to prep food and eat as a family. Bedrooms were big and beds were comfortable. The beds on the main floor had extra support on the bed frame but they still felt a little shaky. It was so close to the beach, which had great sand and privacy! Owner was very responsive. Overall a fabulous house!
