Fully renovated village house in a quiet neighbourhood 600m from the beach.The house is very comfortable, with large spaces and a nice decoration.
It has a large private patio of 45 m2 with lot of natural light in where you can relax. From here you acces directly to the kitchen and dining room and saloon. On the ground floor there's also a big storage room with the washing machine.
On the first floor there are all the bedrooms, one with a double bed and bathroom with shower, two bedrooms with two single beds each one and the last bedroom with a trundle bed. There is also a second bathroom with bathtub. All the rooms have a window facing outside.
All the rooms as well as the salon have independent air-conditioning units (pay-as-you-go).
There is also a covered car parking area with enough space for three vehicles. There's a direct access from the garage to the patio.
