The pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. However, pool opening/closing dates are subject to change without notice and without recourse or refund.
All guests will be required to sign a waiver and release of liability to access the pool.
Other things to note
This home is in a beautiful residential neighborhood, but close to nature walking trails, the road to Bogus Basin (our winter sports hill) and minutes to down town.
House is equipped with gas grill but guest is responsible for refilling the propane tank. We will reimburse guest for the cost.
Pool opens memorial day weekend and closes Labor Day weekend.
Please note that the neighbors are also sharing this beautiful area with you and they have asked us to ask our guests to keep the volume low outside. If this is not possible for your group, you might look elsewhere.
