Welcome to Pisgah Retreat! This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath mountain home in the Linville Falls community offers a hot tub and a big yard, and is pet friendly. Situated in the Blackpoint at Linville Falls gated community and overlooking the Linville Falls Winery, this is sure to be your favourite getaway.
Tastefully designed and decorated, this is the perfect fit for a small family or group of friends looking to unwind. The main level offers a spacious gathering area with hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, and leather couches arranged around a gas fireplace with TV mounted above. The dining table seats 6 in the formal dining room and there's another table for 4 near the kitchen. The kitchen is nicely updated with granite counters, stainless appliances and vent hood, and a tiled backsplash. Down the hall is a half bath, laundry room, and a Queen suite with a TV and private bath with tiled shower and jetted bathtub.
Upstairs are three more sleeping spaces. Two have a single Queen bed and a TV, and the third has three Queen beds side by side. These three bedrooms share the second full bath with double vanities and a tub/shower combo.
Outside, enjoy the refreshing mountain air on the covered porch. Grill up a delicious dinner on the gas grill, play some tag or football in the yard, and then relax in the hot tub.
Perfectly located less than 5 minutes to the Linville Falls Winery and an access point to the Blue Ridge Parkway, with the towns of Linville, Marion, Banner Elk, and more just a short drive, you're sure to love all that Pisgah Retreat offers!
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- This home is pet friendly and allows 2 mature well-trained dog under 40lbs each. Pet rent is $25+tax per night per dog. No cats please
-Check In is after 4pm. Check Out is by 10am.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
