Townhouse Pintor is situated in the centre of the town of Consell, in the heart of Mallorca. The house is within walking distance to the square of the town, while the village of Consell is situated at just at 15 minutes’ drive to the centre of the lovely city of Palma.
This property up to six people has been lovingly reformed by the owners, using the best quality materials: all the fixtures and fittings are of a high standard, mixing modern and traditional styles. The house enjoys a private interior rear terrace with a pool, dining table, sunbeds, exterior sofa and a portable gas barbecue.
On the ground floor we can find a new, lovely fitted kitchen totally equipped with all modern appliances such as electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob etc. From the kitchen there is a door that leads onto the rear furnished terrace and where the pool is located. A spacious separate lounge dining area is also on this level of the property. It has capacity for six guests and has a big chaise-long sofa, as well as a large flat screen TV. A double bedroom and a separate bathroom with a shower are also located on this part of the house.
Upstairs there are two more double bedrooms plus another large separate bathroom with a bath and a walking shower. It has to be pointed out that all bedrooms benefit of air conditioning, ceiling fans and fitted wardrobes.
All in all, Villa Pintor is a fantastic town house in the centre of the village of Consell, extremely close to the centre and its square where all the local bars, shops and restaurants are. It is just a short drive to Palma, while the wine town of Binissalen is only at five minutes’ drive.
