The main bathroom is fitted with a huge bath for the ultimate in relaxation afre a day of walking, cycling, golf in the village course or just lounging on the beach.
Open the blinds in the morning to enjoy a spectacular sea view at the front of the house and an impressive mountain view at the back.
Enjoy breakfast on the deck sat in the sun before going out exploring for the day.

This spacious beachside home is perfectly located opposite 3 miles of sandy beach, in a friendly seaside village that provides the ideal base for you to have fun with the whole family or a large group of friends.
Ynyslas sand dunes and National Nature reserve are a 5 minute drive and Borth Links golf course is a short walk from the property. A day out can be enjoyed in the ancient capital of Wales, Machynlleth or the beautiful harbour and estuary at Aberdovey
This tastefully renovated house is also perfectly located for surfers, water sports enthusiasts, nature lovers, walkers and mountain bikers.
The 512 bus runs through Borth regularly throughout the day from Ynyslas to Aberystwyth via Bow Street. The train station is a 5 minute walk with regular trains to Aberystwyth and Machynlleth, which will also provide further travel to Birmingham or take a train up the coast to Pwllheli with dramatic views along the coast for much of the journey.

SELF CHECK IN
Check-in time is from 3pm onwards and check-out time is 10am, but depending on availability these can be flexible.
Please note: There is a £100 charge for lost keys and £50 charge for replacements and call outs, so please be careful with the keys.
Bedroom4 (single and bunk beds) is connected off Bedroom 3 (Superking/Zip link). It is perfect for children and has a tv to watch or connect a games console and a black out blind.

There is available space for 4 cars at the back of the house and there is ample street parking at the front.
