Positive: The property is located near the Napoli train station, you can reach the hotel in less than 5minutes depending on how fast you walk. The staff were really responsive and helpful even the cleaning lady was so sweet! Francesco was very reachable and friendly. They speak good english too! They serve the breakfast in your room which is very convenient. The room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels. The room was spacious and bright with a terrace overlooking the area, the rooms were quiet despite being near the train station. The property is located at the topfloor of a building, There is elevator which is quite old but decent and functional, We will definitely book this hotel again!

Negative: I can not say anything bad about the property. But as a tourist, be vigilant on your way from the train station to the property. There are lots of people outside and some looks sketchy.

Summary: Perfect location for public transport, very comfortable stay and worth the price! We will book this hotel again.
