Summary: I paid for a sea view room and got a room with no sea view whatsoever. The property sits at the end of a beach, next to a small stream with waste water flowing into the ocean. The smell is repugnant. The rooms are simple, and comfortable enough. My rooms bathroom had no hot water. There are much nicer accommodations to be had on Phi Phi. I would avoid this spot.
