Positive: The Phaedra felt like a second home. Its location was ideal--just a few minutes from the dock. The owner was attentive, helpful, and guided our short stay. The breakfast was exceptional: everything from the yogurt to the fruit jams to the spread of pastries and bread was fresh and homemade. It was served on a small terrace that highlighted the mountains and villas of the car-free island. We wanted to prolong our stay!
Negative: The hotel is small, family-owned, and has been around for decades. This is part of its appeal, but some of the common areas, like the reception/lounge, would benefit from some updating.
