Summary: This was a standard motel. We upgraded to a king bed room but the shower was covered in mild. I complained to the manager and he allowed us to move to a standard room. The room had a clean shower recess and the bed was comfortable. I was told by the other manager that the shower in our original room had a leak and the shower recess had silicon treatment that went black with the hard water. In my opinion this room should never have been rented. We have not been offered a refund for the extra cost we paid for the upgraded room as we stayed the 2 nights in the standard room. Both rooms needed a proper clean as there was dust on surfaces and fans but the manager explained it was hard getting cleaners. The motel was in an excellent location being in the Main Street. The water in the shower was hot and had great pressure. The air conditioner was super noisy. It was a fairly quiet location.
