Just 35 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport, minutes to Cave Creek and not far from Peoria, Surprise and Scottsdale. The house is on a secluded cul-de-sac boasting privacy nestled on 1 acre. Open concept living space will meet all of your needs for gathering and entertaining a large group with a fully stocked kitchen, large dining area and seating area with fireplace. The family room has a huge pit couch that will seat up to 10 people, great for movie night! Roku on TV in family room and master bedroom and second bedroom.
The split floor plan accommodates main bedroom privacy on one side of the living space. Amenities include a walk-in closet, TV, King size bed along with futon, full bath and access door to backyard/pool. Main bath has double sinks, walk-in shower and jetted tub. Bedrooms located on the other side of living space include an ensuite with backyard/pool access plus 2 bedrooms with a jack and jill bathroom.
