Marquardt Mansion is an Updated Farmhouse located down the street
from Tree Tops Golf and Ski Resort. This home is PERFECT for large
groups as it can sleep up to 18 people in beds, golf groups, and family reunions. It would also be a great business
retreat. The house has 6 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths plus an attached over
sized garage. The main floor has Hickory Hard Wood Floors through out.
There is a 60 inch TV in Living Room with HD and expanded Cable.
There is a 48 inch TV in Master Bedroom with its own receiver. The
living room furniture was purchased in Spring of 2014 and some in summer of 2017. New kitchen counters, sick, stove top in 2018. Remodeled master bath in 2019. The location
is convenient to golf, snowmobiling, and skiing. The house is just minutes
to all Tree Tops Courses. Amenities include a wood
burning fireplace, pool table, card and game table, fire pit, and BBQ grill.
There are 4 queen, 2 full, 6 twin beds, and a sleeper sofa. Two-night minimum stay required. Three-night minimum stay during holidays.
