This newly renovated ranch has been updated with modern farmhouse inspiration. You'll find it to be bright, clean, and spacious for you and your guests. Family friendly with pack n play, high chairs and toys.
Perfectly located between Downtown Denver and Boulder, with easy and quick access to I-70 to be on your way to a Colorado mountain adventure! 7 minute drive to the historic Old Town Arvada area with amazing shops and restaurants to enjoy.
The space
Modern updates throughout the entire house, nothing was left untouched!
Open kitchen and living space upstairs for friends and family to enjoy while entertaining.
Outdoor patio complete with grill.
Basement features game area for the kids or adults to enjoy with ping pong table, second living room with tv and a day bed. Also a desk and chair in the bunk bed room for those needing a quiet space to work remotely from.
For the families with little ones we have a pack n play and high chair along with some children’s books and toys.
Guest access
Free parking in the driveway and on the street. Please only park in front of this home, not the neighbors houses.

• Be respectful of neighbors quite hours are from 10pm -7am.
If we receive a noise complaint and or the cops are called we need to enforce a $500 charge.
• Park on the street in front of house or the driveway, do not park in front of neighbors’ houses.
• Smoking Allowed Outside Only
• Dogs are allowed with $50 pet fee
• Please make sure to shut and lock doors when you leave
LATE CHECK OUT
Check out is promptly at 10AM. $100 fee for late check without advance notice. If the guest is more than two (2) hours past or check out time (10 AM), then the guest will be charged $100 as the base rate for remaining day, but the guest is still required vacate immediately. If the guest stays for any un-booked/reserved nights there will be a $500 per night charge to their credit card and AirBnb account
Towels & Linens: Please ensure all towels and linens remain at the property. Host will charge $20 for each missing towel, pillow, or linen.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: $450 will be charged to guests that throw a party, cause a disturbance, or disrespect the house rules. The house is professionally cleaned between guest stays, and our cleaning crew will report abuse of the property.
$450 Fine for smoking indoors. Cleaners will report any evidence of cigarette smoke or marijuana.
