Summary: The house itself was very clean and met our expectations. Unfortunately, the main reason we booked this location was for the pool. When we got there, the pool filter had clearly not been running. The water level was too low for the filter to run. I contacted the owner the first day through the app, and the second day by phone call. She finally responded the second night stating that she contacted the pool technician and they would be there the next day. They were not there the next day. The pool was not filtering the entirety of our four night stay. We would definitely have stayed there again if it wasn't for the issue with the pool...it had me questioning how truthful she was being with me and I worried about the safety of my kids in the water, not knowing how long the water had not been taken care of.
