Welcome to this secluded and spacious, peaceful home in Southern Utah. Quiet, comfortable and with all the amenities you need while here. The kitchen is my favorite room in the house, it has state of the art appliances, huge copper sink, and a beautiful 6 burner GE deluxe stove.
The bedrooms are designed for a comfortable and cozy deep sleep with blackout curtains and plush top comfortable beds.
You'll love the great outdoors at this property, there are easy access to 5 acres of beautiful hiking trails on property and the dry river beds.
The property is also pet-friendly, with a dog door leading to a fenced backyard.
Situated just 15 minutes from Cedar City and 25 minutes from St. George, this property is also within easy striking distance of popular destinations such as Zion, Bryce, and Brian Head. With abundant parking and a full 2-car garage, this home is perfect for a long-term stay or a relaxing vacation.
