Four bedroom Victorian terraced home situated on Borth beach. This property boasts a newly fitted kitchen with modern amenities including - dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer cleverly hidden away behind cupboards. The light and airy Beach room benefits from a large skylight above and spectacular views across the beach for as far as the eye can see.
The perfect spot for a beach holiday with the benefit of also being on the High Street with some delightful cafes and shops to browse.
OUT & ABOUT
This beachside home has been in the same family for over 60 years. It used to be The Green Dolphin Café many years ago and more recently has appeared in the popular Netflix series called Hinterland. Fans of the show will definitely walk up the High Street and recognise buildings used such as the The Train Station and The Glanmor Hotel just a short walk away.
Out of the back gate takes you straight onto the beach. When the tide is out you have over 3 miles of beautiful sandy beach to have fun and make memories with friends and family.
Borth is a delightful seaside village that provides an ideal base for you to explore both locally and further afield, benefitting from its own train station with regular trains up the coast to Pwllheli or down to Aberystwyth.
The petrified forest is a short walk up the beach towards Ynyslas where you will find the sand dunes and the National Nature reserve. Borth has its very own Links golf course and this is just a 10 minute walk from the property. A day out can be enjoyed in the ancient capital of Wales, Machynlleth or the beautiful harbour and estuary at Aberdovey.
The 512 bus runs through Borth regularly throughout the day from Ynyslas to Aberystwyth via Bow Street. The train station is a 5 minute walk with regular trains to Aberystwyth and Machynlleth, which will also provide further travel to Birmingham or take a train up the coast to Pwllheli with dramativ views along the coast for much of the journey.
There is no designated parking space but there is free street parking directly opposite the house
A Travel cot can be hired for £10 (bedding and linen is not provided for this, so please be sure to bring your own)
High chair can be hired for £10.

After a long day of building sand castles on the beach, relax outside on the sun terrace overlooking the sea and watch the beautiful sunset that the west coast is famous for. Or retire to the bay window seats situated at the front of the house and play board games into the night recapping on the pleasures of the day.

Guest will have private access to the entire of my property along with the back garden with access directly on to the beach

Check-in time is from 4pm onwards and check-out time is before 10am.
Please note: There is a £100 charge for lost keys and £50 charge for call outs, so please be careful with the keys.
