If you like modern, spacious and bright places, then we have the ideal home for your stay. This beautiful house is a new build, nothing’s been missed and has all the mod cons to guarantee you an amazing visit, that’s if you even manage to leave the house!
This house is close to all stadiums and the city centre, just a couple of minutes walk from Sanatorium and Victoria park. And it has great connections to the City and its main attractions!

The space
The house will literally blow your mind away with it’s top end, modern design. Let me give you an idea of what you can expect:
Living room & dining area:
This is located on the first floor and is my favourite part of the house, beautiful open light areas, with modern furniture and excellent lighting. This is the ideal place for the whole family to spend some quality time, and have dinner around the table that comfortably fits four people.
Kitchen:
New kitchen, super modern, with lots of space to prepare an amazing roast or a gorgeous Christmas dinner as it’s fully equipped.
Bedrooms:
Two are located on the second floor. The main bedroom has a double size bed and lots of space with an ensuite shower room.
The second bedroom has a double bed with plenty of storage and access to the main family bathroom.
The third bedroom is located on the ground floor and has a double size bed, storage space and an ensuite shower room.
Guest access
Guests have complete access to the property.
Other things to note
Our standard check in time is after 3pm. Check out is before 11am. If you wish to check in or check out outside these hours please let us know. This is subject to availability and a fee.
Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.
