Please note that the apartment is split-level, requiring you to navigate stairs to enter on the first floor, proceed to the second floor, and access the bathroom on an intermediate floor.
Rest assured that the property will be professionally cleaned prior to your arrival.
Kindly be aware that this is my personal residence, which I rent out when I'm away. You will find my belongings in the property and I kindly request that you treat them with respect. Additionally, please note that some main lights in the kitchen and bathroom are not functioning, but the property remains well-lit. Thank you for your understanding.

*Our lovely neighbours have families and need to protect them so if there is any excessive noise or music at antisocial hours, we will be notified and so will the local council. Please be sure to respect this wonderful community of neighbours.
