Summary: Service was excellent. The manager couldn’t do enough for us. He even let us choose our rooms! Couldn’t fault him. It looked like the place had been recently painted so it gave it a nice clean feel. Rooms were dated and tired but we got we paid for. Very cheap and cheerful. Located by the harbour and close to central amenities. Located at base of road up to the Castle. Double glazing was excellent so although close to nightlife we slept really well. Views from the balcony were amazing of the harbour and mountains. There is a cafe attached to the hotel with reasonably priced food and games to play as well with lovely sofas. Pool was lovely and in the sun most of the day with plenty of loungers. Breakfast was buffet style and varied and plentiful. Well worth the money that we paid and will definitely use this hotel again.
