Summary: Room itself was pretty dated with an odd design. Unable to use the balcony at all - totally locked to guests. 3 fridges, but no . . . robes? The bathroom faucet handle kept falling off. The lighting was dim and purple in places - so it was like entering a club, not a bedroom. Very limited towels and paper products and good luck getting any from housekeeping or the front desk. Took us 4 series of phone calls to get any, and that was after INSANELY BAD attitude from Kentrell at the front desk. He was so rude. Avoid him at all costs if you value being treated like a human.
