Summary: The hotel’s location was excellent, and the dinner menu was enjoyable, but breakfast and lunch were very basic. Many of the dinnerware items were stained, and we repeatedly had to request clean plates and glasses. Our room felt outdated, and throughout our stay we noticed a persistent sewage odor from the bidet. Housekeeping was minimal—when we arrived, we found hairs and dust in the bedding. The air conditioning and bathroom lights were both malfunctioning and required a technician’s visit on our first day, and the in-room safe never worked despite multiple attempts to fix it. The all-inclusive package covered only the three main meals and a pool bar serving overly sweet, basic mixed drinks, which didn’t feel like good value for the price. To top it off, we were asked to pay an extra €30 for our one-hour late checkout request! The one bright spot was the beautiful beach view and friendly staff, but overall I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, especially the all-inclusive option—there simply wasn’t enough value for the cost.
