This lovely, elegant upper villa in Tamarindo area is nestled in an intimate setting of 5 villas called Casablanca which surround a beautiful pool with outstanding tropical vegetation. Across the road is the most wonderful safe sandy beach which is ideal for swimming, walking, jogging and great for kids. There is a large private terrace overlooking the pool as well as a second garden patio where you can enjoy the serenity and sounds of the many tropical birds and watch the resident iguana. The sounds and sight of the howler monkeys is an incredible experience.
The home is beautifully furnished and the high vaulted teak ceiling creates a wonderful atmosphere. There are three bedrooms each with queen beds as well as a queen sofa bed in the living room. There is air conditioning as well as ceiling fans in every room.
There is a modern fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. There is an outdoor BBQ on the upper terrace.
Included is weekly maid service and daily maid service is available upon request. There is internet and there is private secured parking beside the villa with a plug to charge a golf cart
