Summary: I stayed in this apt. For 2 months and it was way too long. In two months I had these things happen. *Terrible location / all the girls I worked with in Cincinnati said they couldn’t believe I was staying in this area and that I needed to move . * crazy lady with a machete on my porch beating the crap out of a coconut banging on my front door. * found 2 cockroaches in kitchen during my stay , entire apt. Building had to be treated for cockroaches during my stay * super loud neighbors, loud doors banging and metal gate clacking all the time. * people outside in front of main entrance most of the time and can hear everything they saying, walls are so thin. Very loud * washer smelled really bad * dryer has an indoor water / moisture Catcher on the end of the hose but the steam / moisture was bad every-time I used the dryer, I even set off fire alarms once by using the dryer . * dishwasher also was broke when I got there but they did get it fixed while I was staying there but not sure it was ever fixed I just washed them by hand as it was just me there. *PARKING was absolutely horrible and street parking ONLY!! I’m a nurse and had to leave for my shift at 4am every morning and was scared to walk out to car and most of the time I had to walk a ways. Yes I even got a $250 parking ticket also which was ridiculous. The list can go on if needed……..
