This is 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms with spectacular views from each bedroom, the pool and jacuzzi area and the two outdoor entertainment areas. The Master bedroom has a large jacuzzi tub with great views. Each of the bedrooms upstairs are very large with lots of closet space and dresser storage and spectacular views of the rolling hills and orchards. The home has a big country kitchen with both a casual and a formal dining room and a huge living room and a large family room with a pool table. There is a new beautiful pool and 6 person jacuzzi with a child swim step and a large outdoor living space with the best views on the property. There is also ua nice patio/lounge area near the kitchen. Enjoy the views and take day trips to San Diego zoo, Sea World, Legoland, Wild animal park and the wine country, or head north 90 minutes and enjoy Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm and Orange County beaches.
The pool has a solar cover and the hot tub has a gas heater. From May 1st to Nov 1st, the solar cover keeps the pool at or above 80 degrees. We will run the hot tub for you for a 4 hour block of time each day. If you would like to run the hot tub more than 4 hours a day, we can set it to run for 8 hours with a $100 a day fee
